Acne Treatments
Since we reach the age of puberty, acnes have become a non stop problem. Cystic acne, also known as pimples, are caused by the excessive oil in our skin, dead skin and bacteria. No matter what the cause of our acne is, it has left us with effects that have affected us both in the physical and psychological aspect of our being.

There are various kinds of acnes. There are acnes that are easily cured and there are also those that are hard to cure. But we need not to worry because in or world today, there are various ways in treating acne may it be through natural remedies or through medical procedures or through prescriptions.

For the natural remedy, we should just follow these tips: we should clean our face regularly by washing our face twice a day with a mild soap, avoid touching our face, drinking 8 glasses of water a day, and applying milky moisturizer. We should avoid using too many products to our face; we should just limit it with those that our face really needs.

For acnes that cannot be treated by the natural remedies, there are many available prescriptions and procedures such as (prescriptions) Over-the-counter topical acne treatment, Topical treatments available by prescription, Antibiotics, Isotretinoin, (procedures) chemical peels, soft tissue fillers, dermabrasion, microdermabrasion, laser, light source and radio frequency treatments and skin surgery.

Before we decide what prescription or procedure we should take, we must first consult our dermatologist.
